Detailed Product Description

The pressure bearing solar energy to water heater utilizes the coating with high absorbing ratio and low emission ratio of the vacuum tuber to transfer absorbed sunlight radiation into heat energy, by means of phase-changing metal heat conducting pipe inserted in the vacuum tube to transmit heat into the water tank quickly and warm up water temperature in the tank. The vacuum tube has natural tracing ability against sunlight and it can work when sunlight exists. As the phase-changing metal heat conducting pipe has uni-directional heat conduction, it can be effectively run even in high/cold area all the year round.

Characteristics
1. Superconductive tube conducts heat uni-directionally, so it has small heat volume, low start temperature and quick speed;
2. Superconductive tube has good low temperature resisting, it can not be frozen and cracked even in the environment with very low temperature;
3. The lining of water tank is welded under high frequency and the pressure-bearing of the water heater has 0.6 Mpa and 0.4 Mpa, which can be directly connected with tap water system to operate automatically with pressure-bearing;
4. No water runs in the vacuum tube, therefore the shortcoming of heat efficiency lowering due to occurrence of scale is eradicated;
5. No water runs in the vacuum tube, therefore the shortcoming of bursting of tube or water leakage due to aged rubber ring is eradicated;
6. No water runs in the vacuum tube, therefore it cannot be frozen or cracked even under seriously cold condition;
7. Incase single tube is broken, the water heater can still operate normally;
8. With full automatic pressure-bearing operation, tube can be emptied.
